3PL Fulfillment Pricing — Transparent, Simple, No Surprises.

At 6G Logistics, we believe you should know exactly what you’re paying for before you sign anything. No fine print. No surprise surcharges. We do invoice a $500/month minimum — if your total charges for the month fall below $500, we bill you the difference. We make this clear from the start. Here’s how every cost category works.

How 6G Logistics Pricing Works

We don’t publish a flat rate card because every client’s volume, product mix, and handling requirements are different. What we do is provide a complete, line-item pricing proposal within 24 hours of your inquiry — so you know the full cost before committing to anything.

Every Cost Category, Explained Plainly

RECEIVING
What it is: Charged per pallet or per unit when your inventory arrives.
What’s included: Physical inspection, barcode scanning, WMS entry, same-day receiving report.
What’s NOT included: Nothing hidden — this is the only receiving fee.

STORAGE
What it is: Monthly charge based on space your inventory actually occupies.
How it’s measured: Per bin, shelf, or pallet position — depending on product size.
Key point: You pay for space in use. Vacant positions aren’t charged.

PICK & PACK
What it is: Per-order fee for picking your items, packing into appropriate packaging, and handing to the carrier.
What’s included: Standard poly mailers and corrugated boxes.
Add-ons: Custom branded packaging, inserts, gift messaging — quoted separately.

SHIPPING
What it is: Carrier rates (FedEx, UPS, USPS) passed through at our negotiated volume discount.
Key point: In most cases our rates are lower than what you’d pay as an individual shipper — which helps offset fulfillment costs.

RETURNS PROCESSING
What it is: Per-unit fee for receiving, inspecting, photographing, and restocking returned items.
Timeline: Items processed within 48 hours of arrival. Unsellable units flagged and reported same day.

KITTING & ASSEMBLY
What it is: Custom bundling, subscription box assembly, gift wrapping, or special handling.
How it’s priced: Quoted per project based on complexity and estimated labor.

AMAZON FBA PREP
What it is: Per-unit pricing for FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, bundling, carton labeling, and pallet prep.
How it’s priced: Quoted per ASIN based on specific prep requirements.

3PL Pricing FAQ

How much does a 3PL cost in California?
3PL costs in California typically include receiving fees ($10–$25 per pallet), storage ($15–$30 per pallet per month), pick and pack ($2–$5 per order), and shipping at negotiated carrier rates. Exact pricing depends on your order volume, SKU count, and product type. 6G Logistics provides a free line-item quote within 24 hours.

How does the 6G Logistics invoice minimum work?
We invoice a $500/month minimum. If your total charges for the month — pick and pack, storage, receiving, shipping — come in under $500, we bill you the difference to reach that amount. If charges exceed $500, you pay what you owe. We explain this before you sign so there are no surprises.

Are there hidden fees in 6G Logistics pricing?
No. 6G Logistics provides a complete, line-item pricing proposal before you commit to anything. There are no surprise charges for account support, standard inventory counts, or peak season operations. Every fee is disclosed upfront.

How quickly can I get a 3PL fulfillment quote from 6G Logistics?
6G Logistics provides custom fulfillment quotes within 24 hours. Fill out the contact form or call (949) 391-3093 with your monthly order volume, SKU count, product dimensions, and sales platforms — we’ll send back a detailed, line-item proposal.

Do 3PL shipping rates from 6G Logistics beat rates I can get on my own?
In most cases, yes. 6G Logistics ships high volume across all clients, giving us negotiated discounts with FedEx, UPS, and USPS that most individual shippers can’t access. These savings are passed directly to you and often offset a significant portion of fulfillment costs.
