How the eBay Integration Works
Step 1: We connect to your eBay store via the eBay Fulfillment API
We use eBay's developer API to access your orders with your authorization. You grant us API access through eBay's developer portal we walk you through the process.
Step 2: eBay orders flow into our WMS automatically
New eBay orders appear in our warehouse management system within minutes of being placed. We respect eBay's handling time requirements and track ship-by dates for every order.
Step 3: We pick, pack, and ship same day
For orders received before our 2pm Pacific cutoff, we ship the same business day. This keeps you within eBay's 1-business-day handling time and protects your Top Rated Seller status.
Step 4: Tracking uploads to eBay automatically
When we ship your order, the tracking number and carrier are uploaded to eBay via the API. eBay marks your order as shipped, notifies your buyer, and the sale counts toward your positive feedback.
Step 5: Returns received and processed
eBay's Money Back Guarantee means returns are part of the business. We receive eBay returns, inspect each item, and report back to you within 48 hours with condition and recommended action.

What eBay Requires for WMS Integration
EBAY DEVELOPER ACCOUNT: eBay’s API requires an eBay developer account linked to your seller account. If you don’t have one, we can help you set it up it’s free.
OAUTH AUTHORIZATION: eBay uses OAuth 2.0 for API access. You authorize our application, and we receive a token that allows us to read your orders and write back tracking. You can revoke this at any time from your eBay account settings.
HANDLING TIME COMPLIANCE: eBay measures your handling time from the moment payment clears. If your listing says “Ships in 1 business day,” eBay counts from the payment timestamp. We align our operations to your specific handling time commitment.
EBAY FULFILLMENT POLICY: Your eBay account must have a fulfillment policy set up that matches what we’re doing. We review your eBay store settings during onboarding to ensure compliance.

Top Rated Seller requires less than 3% late shipment rate. Our same-day shipping for orders before 2pm Pacific and next-day shipping for later orders keeps your late shipment rate well below that threshold for the vast majority of your orders.
We ship all package sizes small parcel through freight. For heavy or oversized eBay items, we calculate shipping at the correct weight and dimensions and route through the appropriate carrier. We alert you to any listings where quoted shipping may not match actual freight cost.
Yes. Both order types come through the same eBay API and flow into our WMS identically. The only difference is that auction orders have a payment delay we don’t process until payment clears.
