BigCommerce Integration
BigCommerce 3PL Integration. Enterprise-Grade Fulfillment for Your BigCommerce Store.
BigCommerce is built for brands that are serious about growth. Your fulfillment partner should be too. 6G Logistic integrates directly with BigCommerce via its native V2/V3 APIs a direct, enterprise-grade connection that handles order sync, tracking updates, and inventory management without middleware or third-party connectors that can break when BigCommerce updates. Our California warehouse network is designed for the kind of volume that BigCommerce brands operate at.
How it Works
How the BigCommerce Integration Works
Step 1: We connect to your BigCommerce store via the BigCommerce API
BigCommerce provides V2 and V3 REST APIs with comprehensive order and inventory management capabilities. We use your store's API credentials to establish a direct connection. No app install required.
Step 2: We configure webhooks for real-time order notifications
BigCommerce supports webhooks that fire immediately when order events occur. We configure the store_order.created webhook to send new orders to our WMS the moment they're placed.
Step 3: Orders appear in our WMS in real time
New BigCommerce orders land in our system within seconds. Our team picks, packs, and ships. Same-day processing for orders before 2pm Pacific.
Step 4: Tracking syncs back to BigCommerce automatically
When we ship, the tracking number and carrier are pushed to BigCommerce via the API. BigCommerce updates the order status to Shipped and triggers your store's customer email notification.
Step 5: Inventory syncs in real time
We update your BigCommerce product inventory as orders are picked and returns are restocked. Your product pages always show accurate stock counts. For BigCommerce stores using channel manager to sell across multiple channels, we coordinate inventory across all active channels.
Need From You
What We Need From You to Set Up the Integration
- BigCommerce store API credentials — Client ID, Client Secret, and Access Token (generated in BigCommerce Advanced Settings → API Accounts)
- Your BigCommerce store URL (yourstore.mybigcommerce.com or your custom domain)
- Your product catalog with SKUs — a BigCommerce product export CSV works
- Your shipping zones and carrier preferences
- Whether you're using BigCommerce's multi-channel selling and what other channels are connected
Requirements
What BigCommerce Requires for WMS Integration
BIGCOMMERCE API ACCOUNT: Created in your BigCommerce control panel under Advanced Settings → API Accounts. Create a V2/V3 API account with the following OAuth scopes: Orders (Modify), Products (Modify), Shipping (Read-Only).
WEBHOOK CONFIGURATION: We configure the required webhooks from our end using your API credentials. You don’t need to configure anything manually in BigCommerce.
MULTI-STOREFRONT (MSF): If you’re using BigCommerce’s multi-storefront feature, we configure the integration to pull from the correct storefront(s). Each storefront can have different fulfillment rules and packaging requirements.
BIGCOMMERCE CATALOG MANAGEMENT: BigCommerce’s catalog system uses distinct Product IDs and Variant IDs for each product and variation. We map these to your SKUs in our WMS during onboarding to ensure order accuracy.
HEADLESS BIGCOMMERCE: For brands running headless BigCommerce implementations, the API integration works identically orders created through your headless frontend flow into BigCommerce’s order management and then to our WMS.

FAQs
BigCommerce Integration FAQ
Yes. Whether you’re using BigCommerce’s native storefront or a headless implementation with a custom frontend, orders flow through BigCommerce’s order management system and into our WMS via the same API connection.
We fulfill from Southern California, which is ideal for US domestic, Canada, and Mexico orders. For international orders, we ship via USPS International, FedEx International, or UPS International depending on the destination and order value.
We configure separate fulfillment rules for each storefront different packaging, different carrier priorities, different inventory pools if needed. Each storefront can be treated as an independent channel or share inventory.
Any existing fulfillment or shipping app connected to BigCommerce should be reviewed before going live with our integration. Common conflicts come from ShipStation, ShipBob’s BigCommerce connector, or other 3PL apps. We review your installed apps during onboarding and advise on which to disable.
