AMAZON FBM INTEGRATION

Amazon FBM Integration. Fulfill Your Amazon Orders from Our California Warehouse Same Day.

Fulfilled by Merchant gives you more control over your inventory and margins than FBA. But it also means you’re responsible for picking, packing, and shipping every Amazon order on Amazon’s timeline, to Amazon’s standards, with tracking uploaded before the ship-by date. 6G Logistic handles your FBM fulfillment from four Southern California warehouse locations. We receive your Amazon orders automatically, pick and pack the same day, upload tracking to Seller Central before your ship-by deadline, and help you qualify and maintain Seller Fulfilled Prime if that’s your goal.
How it Works

How the Amazon FBM Integration Works

Step 1: We connect to your Amazon Seller Central account
We use Amazon's Marketplace Web Service (MWS) API or Selling Partner API (SP-API) to pull your FBM orders automatically. No manual downloads. Orders appear in our WMS the moment they're placed on Amazon.
Step 2: Orders are picked and packed same day
FBM orders received before our 2pm Pacific cutoff ship the same business day. We respect Amazon's ship-by dates and escalate any orders at risk of missing their window.
Step 3: Tracking is uploaded to Seller Central automatically
When we ship your order, the tracking number and carrier are pushed back to your Seller Central account via the API. Amazon marks the order as shipped and notifies your customer.
Step 4: Your order defect rate stays clean
We monitor ship-by dates and flag any orders approaching their deadline. Late shipments hurt your seller metrics. We treat Amazon's timeline as a hard constraint, not a guideline.
Step 5: Returns from Amazon buyers handled
We receive Amazon FBM returns, inspect each unit, classify condition, and update your inventory. You receive a returns report same day we process them.

What Amazon FBM Requires for Integration

Amazon’s FBM requirements are more operationally demanding than FBA because you not Amazon are on the hook for shipping performance.
SELLER FULFILLED PRIME (SFP): If you’re enrolled in SFP, you must ship Prime-badged orders within your committed handling time with a tracked service. Late shipments cancel Prime eligibility. We support SFP by shipping same-day with 1-2 day delivery to most of California, Nevada, and Arizona.

SHIP-BY DATE COMPLIANCE: Amazon calculates your ship-by date from your handling time setting. If your handling time is 1 business day, every order placed before midnight must ship the next business day. We operate to this standard.

TRACKING UPLOAD REQUIREMENTS: Amazon requires tracking to be uploaded before the ship-by date. Our API integration does this automatically when we print the shipping label.

CARRIER REQUIREMENTS FOR SFP: Amazon specifies approved carriers and service levels for Seller Fulfilled Prime. We ship with Amazon Buy Shipping via the API, which automatically selects SFP-approved services and provides Amazon’s preferred carrier rates.

We monitor ship-by dates for every FBM order in our queue. Orders approaching their deadline are flagged and prioritized. We’ve never missed a client’s ship-by date due to our operations. If a delay occurs because of a carrier issue, we contact you immediately.
When Amazon issues a return authorization, the buyer sends the item back to our facility. We receive it, inspect it, classify its condition, and report to you within 48 hours. Sellable units are restocked. Unsellable units are reported and await your disposition instruction.
Yes. Many of our clients run both FBM and FBA simultaneously, with shared inventory at our facility. When an FBA restock is needed, we pull from the shared pool and prep for FBA. FBM orders ship directly from the same inventory. You always have one unified view of your stock.
