AMAZON FBA INTEGRATION
Amazon FBA Integration. We Prep Your Inventory and Send It Directly to Amazon's Fulfillment Centers.
Amazon’s FBA receiving requirements are strict. One mistake a wrong label, a missing poly bag, a non-compliant pallet means rejected inventory, Amazon disposal fees, and a gap in your sales while stock sits unavailable. 6G Logistic integrates directly with your Amazon Seller Central account to handle the full FBA inbound process. We receive your inventory from your suppliers, prep every unit to Amazon’s exact specifications, create your shipment plan in Seller Central, and ship to whichever Amazon fulfillment centers Amazon assigns. Our Inland Empire warehouses put us close to ONT2, ONT8, and LAX9 Amazon’s major West Coast FCs which means faster check-in and faster availability for sale.
How it Works
How the Amazon FBA Integration Works
Step 1: You send your inventory to our facility first
Your supplier ships directly to our Jurupa Valley or Perris warehouse. We receive, inspect, and count every unit. You don't ship directly to Amazon until we've prepped everything.
Step 2: We prep every unit to Amazon's exact standards
FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, bubble wrap for fragile items, bundling and "Do Not Separate" labeling for multi-packs. We cross-reference your ASIN requirements before a single unit is boxed.
Step 3: We create your Seller Central shipment plan
With your authorization, we log into Seller Central and create the inbound shipment plan. Amazon assigns FCs. We generate the required box content labels and apply them to every carton.
Step 4: We ship to Amazon's assigned FCs
Freight goes from our facility to whichever Amazon fulfillment centers Amazon designates. LTL for palletized shipments, small parcel for individual carton shipments. We handle the carrier coordination.
Step 5: Amazon checks in your inventory — available to sell
Once received at the FC, Amazon makes your inventory available in your FBA account. You'll see it in Seller Central. This typically takes 3 to 5 business days from when Amazon receives it.

- Your FBA shipping plan details if you have existing planned shipments in Seller Central
Requires
What Amazon FBA Requires for Integration
Amazon FBA has strict inbound requirements that vary by ASIN and FC. Key requirements we manage for you:
FNSKU LABELING: Every unit must have an Amazon-generated FNSKU barcode in the correct position and size. We download your FNSKUs from Seller Central and apply them before boxing.
POLY BAGGING: Amazon requires poly bags with a suffocation warning label for certain product categories. We know which ASINs require it and apply accordingly.
PALLET REQUIREMENTS: Amazon’s pallet specifications vary by FC type and product category. We build pallets to spec, stretch-wrap, and apply Amazon’s pallet labels.
CARTON CONTENT LABELS: Every carton going to Amazon must have a 2D barcode with shipment ID, box number, and carton contents. We generate and apply these from your Seller Central shipment plan.
SHIPMENT CREATION IN SELLER CENTRAL: Amazon requires every inbound shipment to be created in Seller Central before it ships. We do this on your behalf, routing inventory to the FCs Amazon designates.
