Step 1: We connect to TikTok Shop via the TikTok Shop Open Platform API
TikTok Shop provides a seller API that allows authorized fulfillment partners to pull orders and push back tracking. We register as an authorized third-party logistics provider on your account.
Step 2: New TikTok Shop orders appear in our WMS in real time
The moment a customer completes a TikTok Shop checkout, the order flows into our system. No delay. No manual step. If 500 orders come in overnight, they're all in our queue by morning.
Step 3: We pick, pack, and ship same day
Orders received before our 2pm Pacific cutoff ship the same business day. Orders that come in after cutoff ship the next morning. TikTok Shop's shipping window requirements are built into our process.
Step 4: Tracking numbers push back to TikTok Shop automatically
When we ship an order, the tracking number and carrier info are pushed back to TikTok Shop via the API. TikTok Shop sends your customer their shipping notification. Your on-time delivery rate stays strong.

What TikTok Shop Requires for WMS Integration
TikTok Shop’s logistics integration uses the TikTok Shop Open Platform. Key requirements:
SELLER API ACCESS: You must authorize our developer app in your TikTok Seller Center. This gives us permission to read orders and write back tracking information. It does not give us access to your videos, analytics, or payment information.
SHIPPING PROVIDER SETUP: In TikTok Seller Center, you configure your shipping providers. We are set up as your fulfillment provider. TikTok Shop has specific approved carriers for their platform we use TikTok’s integrated shipping services which generally give better rates and tracking visibility within TikTok Shop.
SHIPPING DEADLINE COMPLIANCE: TikTok Shop requires sellers to ship within the handling time shown on the listing. Failing to ship on time hurts your seller score. We track ship-by dates for every TikTok Shop order in our queue.
RETURN MANAGEMENT: TikTok Shop has a structured returns process. We receive and process TikTok Shop returns within 48 hours and update your return status in Seller Center.
