Container unloading and import warehousing in Southern California
Our California warehouses take import containers, and Perris, in the Inland Empire, is where we place most new import accounts. If you bring in a container every month, you need a dock that books you in fast, counts what’s inside, and tells you the same day what’s wrong.
What happens when your container arrives
We unload it, floor loaded or palletized, and count every carton against your packing list or ASN. Damaged units get photographed and reported the same day. Everything is scanned into the WMS by SKU, put away, and available to ship as soon as it’s received. Loose cartons can be palletized for storage. See how we handle receiving.
Deconsolidation for mixed containers
Many importers ship one container with several SKUs, several POs, or goods for more than one buyer. We break it down by SKU or PO into pallets or cartons, then ship out by LTL, parcel, or Amazon FBA inbound.
Transloading and cross docking
Some freight shouldn’t sit. If a container needs to move straight onto trucks for retail, wholesale, or a distribution center, we cross dock it with little or no storage time. More on cross docking and LTL and freight.
Who this is for
Brands landing a container every month. First time importers who have just picked a freight forwarder and need somewhere for the goods to go. Companies whose inventory is financed by a lender and needs a clear receiving record. Sellers moving product from Asia or Australia to customers across Southern California and the West.
Working with your forwarder and drayage carrier
Your customs broker clears the container. We take over when it reaches our dock. Send us the container number, ETA, and packing list as soon as you have them, and we’ll book the dock appointment with your drayage carrier.
How we price it
Container unloading, palletizing, and storage are quoted for your account, line by line, before you sign. Read how our billing works.
What we don't do
We store dry goods only. We don’t have refrigerated or frozen space.
Questions importers ask
Yes. We take floor loaded and palletized containers. Floor loaded takes more labor to unload, so it’s quoted differently.
Yes. That’s deconsolidation, and we do it by SKU or PO.
No. Your customs broker or forwarder does that. We receive the container once it’s released and delivered.
Most import accounts go to Perris. Tell us where your customers are and we’ll recommend the right site.
