Riverside is the county seat and the oldest city in the Inland Empire, and its industrial footprint reflects that – built out decades ago, mostly around Hunter Business Park and the corridors off the 91, with limited room to add more. The city has grown around universities, healthcare, and civic employment rather than distribution, so the modern dock-high space that’s gone up across the Inland Empire has largely gone up somewhere else: Jurupa Valley, Moreno Valley, Perris, Fontana.

The other issue is traffic. Riverside sits at the meeting point of the 91, the 60, and the 215, which is convenient on a map and a different story at 4pm. A carrier pickup that has to cross the 91 through downtown loses time no warehouse can give back.

Jurupa Valley is fifteen minutes northwest and sits above most of that. Our building at 11076 Venture Dr has direct access to the SR-60, I-15, and I-10, which puts inbound freight from the ports and outbound to your customers on clean lanes. It’s our largest Inland Empire facility: dock-high doors, racking in place, floor staff that scales with your season, and Amazon’s ONT2 and ONT8 fulfillment centers inside the same freight lane if you’re prepping FBA.
